Regional availability notice: A5D is not currently offered to persons located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, or to organisations established in those regions. Please do not register, purchase a subscription, create or join a workspace, or submit project data while located in these regions.
1. Parties and agreement
These Terms form an agreement between Faisal ur Rehman, an individual trading as Civil Builders, and the person or organisation accepting them. If you act for an organisation, you confirm authority to bind it. The Privacy Notice describes processing; acknowledging it is not blanket consent.
2. Eligibility, availability and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of contracting. A5D is available in supported jurisdictions and is not currently offered in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom. You must provide an accurate country declaration and must not evade account, invitation or billing-country checks. A5D does not claim that every visitor is comprehensively geolocated; an existing protected infrastructure signal may be used as an additional risk check when available. Use a unique account, protect credentials, and promptly report compromise. Workspace Owners control invitations, roles and project permissions.
3. The Service
A5D provides tools to create, import, validate, calculate, analyse, version, display and export schedule and related project-controls information. Features depend on the Order, supported profile and documentation. A5D is not a project system of record unless a signed Order expressly says so.
4. Plans, limits and acceptable use
The pricing page and Order state users, projects, AI allowances and billing period. Unused allowances do not roll over or have cash value unless stated. No overage is charged without express acceptance. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and must not evade access, plan, security, validation or approval controls.
5. Customer Content and Outputs
Customer retains its rights in Customer Content and grants A5D the limited right to host, process, secure, back up and display it to provide the Service. Customer is responsible for lawful authority and minimisation. A5D does not sell Customer Content or use it for general model training without explicit opt-in. Review Outputs and preserve warnings, assumptions, versions and notices.
6. Prompt processing, AI and professional boundary
A5D first translates explicitly supported command patterns locally without external model processing. Other prompt requests use Gemini only when paid processing has been expressly configured and attested; otherwise that model-dependent request fails closed while deterministic features remain available. Only scoped context is sent. AI can be wrong and is not a verified calculation or professional conclusion. No Output is signed, sealed, certified, approved, or a substitute for qualified engineering, planning, contractual, financial or safety judgment.
7. Third parties and P6 compatibility
A5D depends on providers listed on the Subprocessor page. A5D is independently developed and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by Oracle. Oracle and Primavera are trademarks of Oracle Corporation and/or its affiliates. Compatibility varies by version and must be independently verified through a controlled round trip.
8. Payment, renewal and cancellation
Lemon Squeezy is merchant of record and authorised reseller for payment transactions. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Checkout shows the plan, quantity, total, currency, tax, interval, renewal timing, material limits, cancellation method and refund link. Manage Subscription provides portal cancellation; paid access normally continues to the paid-through date.
9. Availability, backups and confidentiality
A5D does not promise uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation or a standard-plan service level. Operational backups are for disaster recovery and do not replace Customer records. Each party must protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care.
10. Privacy, IP and suspension
The Privacy Notice and, where applicable, DPA apply. A5D software, interface, methods and branding remain owned by the operator or licensors. A5D may proportionately restrict access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, non-payment, infringement or legal requirement, with notice where reasonably safe and lawful.
11. Termination and data
A closed workspace becomes read-only so its Owner can export available records. Deletion requests are processed through the documented application and support workflow, subject to identity verification and legal, fraud and security holds. Provider recovery backups currently use a seven-day retention period. Customer must export required records before requesting deletion.
12. Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A5D is provided as is and as available. It does not warrant that Outputs are complete, accurate, contractually compliant or accepted by third-party software. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected Service in the preceding 12 months, or USD 100 for a Free-only claim, subject to liabilities that law does not permit limiting.
13. Indemnity, disputes and changes
To the extent lawful, Customer is responsible for third-party claims caused by infringing Customer Content, unlawful or wilfully unsafe use, material AUP breach, or presenting Output as certified work. Pakistan law governs; business disputes are subject to Peshawar courts while mandatory Consumer forums remain available. Material changes are notified prospectively and renewed acceptance is obtained where required.
