Please do not register, purchase a subscription, create or join a workspace, or submit project data while located in these regions.
1. Lawful use
Use A5D only for lawful, authorised projects and respect contracts, confidentiality, intellectual property, privacy, export controls, sanctions, professional rules and workplace policies.
2. Security and access
Do not access another tenant or project without authorisation; share accounts; evade limits; introduce malware; steal credentials; disrupt service; conduct unauthorised testing; scrape; automate account creation; or impose harmful load.
3. Content and AI misuse
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, unauthorised personal, payment-card, credential, classified, export-controlled, highly sensitive or improperly obtained data. Do not present unverified AI Output as signed, sealed, certified or approved, evade controls, fabricate records, or use A5D as a sole life-safety decision-maker.
4. Enforcement and reporting
A5D may proportionately investigate, preserve evidence, rate-limit, remove content, restrict features or suspend access. Serious threats may require immediate action. Report abuse or security issues privately to support@civil.builders.
