Regional availability notice: A5D is not currently offered to persons located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, or to organisations established in those regions. Please do not register, purchase a subscription, create or join a workspace, or submit project data while located in these regions.
1. Google Cloud Platform and Firebase
Hosting, authentication, database/storage, logging and infrastructure; account, workspace, Customer Content and service records may be processed internationally under Google terms.
2. Google paid Gemini API / Vertex AI
Used only when external model interpretation is expressly enabled and attested through paid processing for requests that cannot be translated by A5D's local deterministic patterns; receives prompt, scoped context, response and technical usage. Without that configuration, model-dependent requests fail closed. Paid-service terms apply and limited safety/security logging may occur.
3. Resend
Transactional, service, report and approved marketing email; receives recipient, minimum message content, delivery, bounce, complaint and suppression metadata.
4. Lemon Squeezy
Independent merchant of record and authorised reseller—not merely an A5D subprocessor—for checkout identity, billing, payment, tax, invoice, refund, fraud and chargeback records.
5. Google Analytics
Optional analytics subject to separate choice; receives consent status, identifiers, events, referral, approximate location and browser/device data, never project or prompt content.
6. Changes
A provider is not approved merely because it appears in development code. Necessity, security, contract and transfer review must precede production data. Material processor changes receive notice where practicable.
