1. Software, not professional advice
A5D provides software and general information, not engineering, planning, quantity-surveying, construction, contract, legal, financial, accounting, procurement, safety or project-management consultancy. No professional or fiduciary relationship is created.
2. Independent review and authoritative records
A qualified, licensed and authorised professional must verify inputs, assumptions, calculations, calendars, relationships, quantities, costs, warnings, revisions and Outputs for the specific project. Executed contracts, approved drawings, certified programmes and formally authorised records prevail.
3. Calculations and AI
Deterministic services calculate from supplied inputs and configured rules; passing validation does not establish contractual, statutory or engineering correctness. AI can hallucinate or omit conditions and is not a verified calculation, professional opinion or authority to change a project. Consequential actions require human review and approval.
4. P6 compatibility
A5D is independently developed and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by Oracle. Oracle and Primavera are trademarks of Oracle Corporation and/or its affiliates. Compatibility may vary by product version and must be independently verified. Perform a controlled round trip and compare counts, calendars, codes, logic, constraints, costs and warnings.
5. BIM, forecasts and high consequence use
Unless expressly documented otherwise, BIM capability covers identifiers, quantities and mappings—not geometry authoring, clash detection, design validation or model certification. Forecasts are not guarantees. Never use A5D as the sole basis for emergency, structural, temporary-works, excavation, lifting, hazardous or other life-safety decisions.
6. Exports and stop conditions
Consequential exports must retain version, UTC time, revision, validation status, assumptions, warnings and disclaimer reference. Do not present Output as signed, sealed, certified or professionally verified. Stop when inputs are missing, validation fails, authoritative records conflict, a feature is unsupported or qualified review is absent.
