1. Categories
Strictly necessary storage supports authentication, session continuity, security, load balancing, consent preference and fraud prevention. Functional storage remembers requested preferences. Optional Google Analytics measures page and feature use. A5D does not use advertising or cross-site profiling cookies.
2. Choice
Optional analytics is off until a valid choice where required. Accept and Reject are equally available, and Usage preferences reopens settings. Necessary storage is not described as consent-based. Withdrawal prevents future optional collection.
3. Safeguards and inventory
Analytics excludes user IDs, project names, files, prompts, responses, names and emails. User-level retention is no more than 14 months where configurable. Current providers and maximum durations are maintained here: necessary browser storage lasts for the session or preference lifetime; Google Analytics identifiers, when accepted, follow the configured 14-month maximum.
4. Signals and contact
A5D honours legally required opt-out signals where applicable. Blocking essential storage may prevent login or security functions. Contact support@civil.builders for help.
