Refund and Cancellation Policy

Regional availability notice: A5D is not currently offered to persons located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, or to organisations established in those regions. Please do not register, purchase a subscription, create or join a workspace, or submit project data while located in these regions.
1. Merchant and renewal
Lemon Squeezy is merchant of record and authorised reseller. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Checkout must disclose total, currency, tax, interval, next-renewal timing and cancellation method. Price increases apply only to future renewals after required notice.
2. Cancel
A Workspace Owner can select Manage Subscription in Plans and Billing and cancel through Lemon Squeezy's secure portal. Confirmed cancellation normally keeps access until the displayed paid-through date. Support requests received before renewal are treated by their received timestamp.
3. First purchase and renewal refunds
A5D offers a voluntary 14-day first-purchase refund window, subject to documented fraud and abuse exceptions and without reducing mandatory rights. Renewal charges are normally non-refundable, but a request within seven days may qualify where no material paid use occurred or a verified cancellation-processing error caused the charge.
4. Other refunds and mandatory rights
Duplicate, incorrect, unauthorised, post-cancellation and unresolved access charges are investigated. Mandatory cooling-off, conformity, warranty, refund and chargeback rights remain unaffected. Any consequence of immediate digital performance applies only after legally required express acknowledgement.
5. Effect, changes and failed payment
A confirmed full refund normally ends the paid entitlement and starts the contractual export period; partial refunds may adjust it. Downgrades normally take effect at renewal and never automatically delete data. Failed payments may enter provider retry/dunning while access remains until provider-verified expiry.
6. Help
Use the customer portal or email support@civil.builders with the order email, order number, date, amount, reason and evidence. Do not send full card numbers or authentication secrets.
